The Fourth of July ramps up the month with plenty of festivities, color bursts and booms, but there are plenty of other events all month long to make the summer of 2013 a memorable one. There's an amazing assortment of free events this summer with a dizzying array in July, including OPS Shakespeare Fest, Free Movies in the Park, Free Concerts in the Park, Sundown at Ecotrust, two beer festivals and several street fairs.
