The last stop on your walking tour is, of course, dessert. Pix makes traditional French pastries that look as good as they taste. Each dessert has its own personality, textures, and flavors. Cheryl Wakerhauser is the owner/pastry chef, and her passion for what she does shines through in details such as the edible gold leaf that adorns her creations. The signature desserts is the Amelie, described as "Orange vanilla crème brulée atop a glazed chocolate mousse with caramelized hazelnuts, praline crisp, and Cointreau genoise."
