Where: Lloyd Center Mall is located at 2201 Lloyd Center (just south of NE Broadway)
When: From 4pm - 6pm on Sunday, October 31st
What: Costumed kids can fill up their treat baskets by going from store to store
2. Streets of Treats - Bridgeport Village
Where: 7455 SW Bridgeport Rd in Tigard
When: Sunday, October 31 - 3 - 5 p.m.
What: Kids can get the outdoor trick-or-treat experience by walking around the Bridgeport Village shopping area. Music and entertainment from Radio Disney will add to the fun.
3. Trick or Treating and Variety Show at McMenamins
Where: Kennedy School, 5736 N.E. 33rd Ave.
When: October 31: Variety shows at noon and 1 p.m.. Trick or treating from 4:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m
What: The variety show includes DJs and interactive dance parties with giant barn owls, musical guests, stories, skits, sing a longs, cartoons, artists, puppets, parades and performers.
4. Oregon City - Trick or Treat on Main Street
Where: Main Street in Oregon City, Oregon
When: Friday, October 29th, 4:30 to 6:30 pm
What: Stores stay open late to hand out candy, plus the organization for Main Street Oregon City will present the Golden Pumpkin Award to the storefront with the best Halloween decorations.
5. Halloween at the Oregon Zoo
Where: Oregon Zoo
When: October 30 and 31, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
What: Dressed-up kids will go on a scavenger hunt, visiting activity stations around the zoo. And they'll get a goodie bag!

Portland was ranked the third best city in Portland for trick or treaters. According to Zillow.com, the five best neighborhoods are:
