International and Cultural Festivals in Portland, OR

Celebrate Cultures From Around the World

By , About.com Guide

Portland may not be the most ethnically diverse city in the United States, but we do love to celebrate cultures from around the world in festival form. Check out the yearly run-down of fabulous ethnic and cultural festivals. If you know of one that’s not listed here, please send the information to me and I’ll add it to the list.

These festivals offer amazing food, and many of them have live music and dancing, arts and crafts, and a glimpse into long-standing traditions.
