Where to Watch Fireworks in and Around Portland

Fourth of July 2009

Check out the biggest displays around town on the Fourth of July.

Waterfront Blues Festival, Tom McCall Waterfront Park: 10:00 p.m.

Oaks Park, SE Spokane Street, 9:55 p.m. show. The park is open all day for rides and entertainment. Admission is $4 for adults and $2.50 for anyone under 15.

Blue Lake Park, (NE 223rd Ave and Marine Drive) The park is open all day and the fireworks begin at dusk. $10 per vehicle or $15 for large vans.

Vancouver National Historic Reserve. Due to lack of funds, there is NO fireworks event at Fort Vancouver this year.
