Chiles are in the blood of New Mexicans. So it should come as no surprise that Joe Wilson -- the owner/chef of Pepper Box food cart and a native New Mexican -- nails both the green and red chile sauces.
Add in handmade tortillas and fresh ingredients and you get breakfast tacos and "sandwich-style" quesadillas worth going out of your way for. Several times.
Portions are large, prices are reasonable (Wilson's extra-large tacos start at $3.50, two for $6), quality is top-notch. Read the full review, and plan to stop by the next time you're in the Northeast.
