This week, the Today show filmed a feature on Thai Cooking from Portland. The clip stars Andy Ricker, chef/owner of Pok Pok and Ping. Check out the video, which shows Andy making spicy green papaya salad, Som Tam. The salad is delicious, a popular item at Pok Pok, and super easy to make.
