BioDiesel Tax Credits

From Nancy Levenson, About.com GuideFebruary 1, 2009

If you use biodiesel fuel in your vehicle or in your home, save your receipts because Oregon residents can get a tax credit for it. As a biodiesel user, I know how painful it is to pay for the stuff, so a bit of tax relief is certainly welcome.

The credit is .50/gallon, and there’s a limit of $200 credit per vehicle, per year. And for home fuel, you can get a credit of $0.05 per gallon. FYI: These rules apply to individuals only.
