Free Workshops (and Other Cool Stuff) for Women

Siren Nation 2008 is a women's event happening in Portland on from November 3 - 9. There's live music, there's art (to see and to buy), and plenty of educational opportunities.

One of the most impressive events is a free event on Sunday, November 9 at the Kennedy School in NE Portland. The event includes a full day of free women-friendly workshops plus an arts and crafts sale. Workshop topics range from sexuality and health to activism and succeeding in business.
