The schedule for the 2008 summer concert season is shaping up nicely. The schedule for shows at the Oregon Zoo have recently been announced. Concerts at the zoo are some of the best around, in my opinion, because they're not too pricey, they're in a beautiful outdoor setting, and they tend to get an eclectic mix of acts each year.

For the premium concerts, it's a good idea to get tickets well in advance. Some of the shows this year include the Neville Brothers, Indigo Girls with Cowboy Junkies, and Emmylou Harris with Jimmy Gaudreau and Moondi Klein.
