Taste of the Nation 2008

If there's a Superbowl for foodies, it's Taste of the Nation, and it's coming up on Monday, April 28. More than 70 chefs from around Portland (and other parts of Oregon) will cook up their favorite dishes and serve them to you all night long. You get to graze as much as you like, while sipping wines and micro-brewed beers made locally. Proceeds will benefit Share Our Strength, an organization that fights poverty and childhood hunger.

When: April 28, 6:30 p.m. (V.I.P tickets get you in an hour earlier)
Where: Oregon Convention Center (777 NE MLK Blvd.)
How much: Tickets are $75 per person, $125 for V.I.P admission, $200 for tickets including a pre-event champagne reception and reserved event seating.

Get tickets online or by calling 1-877-26TASTE.
